When I arrived to check in, I was assisted by an employee named Shea. Unfortunately, my experience with Shea was extremely unpleasant and made me feel both unwelcome and disrespected. Despite clearly providing my reservation details through my booking app, Shea repeatedly acted as if they could not understand me. Additionally, they displayed dismissive facial expressions and behaviors that made me question whether their attitude was racially motivated. What made this even more concerning was that I observed Shea treating the guests behind me with much more politeness and professionalism.
Moreover, my companion, who was checking in with me, was also subjected to similar treatment. Shea continuously claimed they could not hear or understand them, which felt unnecessary and demeaning. This entire encounter left a very negative impression and made me feel unfairly treated.
In contrast, when I later assisted a friend with their check-in, another employee named Koe handled the process. Koe was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out and demonstrated the level of hospitality I expected from your establishment.
